Last updated: September 3, 2026 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of VideoPlayer.io (“VideoPlayer.io”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by WhyzeLink, Inc. By using VideoPlayer.io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. About VideoPlayer.io

VideoPlayer.io provides browser-based tools for video playback, viewing, comparison, and analysis. Some features allow you to open video files stored on your device, while others allow you to view and analyze videos provided through third-party services such as YouTube.

2. Local Videos

When you select a local video for use with VideoPlayer.io, the video is processed within your browser and is not uploaded to or stored on VideoPlayer.io’s servers. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use any video or other content that you open or analyze using VideoPlayer.io. VideoPlayer.io does not claim ownership of your local videos.

3. YouTube Content

Some VideoPlayer.io features use YouTube’s official embedded player and/or APIs. Your use of YouTube content through VideoPlayer.io is subject to YouTube’s applicable terms, policies, and restrictions. You are responsible for complying with those requirements when using YouTube content. Some YouTube videos may not be available through VideoPlayer.io because of embedding restrictions, deletion, privacy settings, geographic restrictions, age restrictions, or other limitations imposed by YouTube or the content owner. Changes to YouTube, its APIs, its player, or its policies may affect or prevent certain VideoPlayer.io features from functioning. WhyzeLink, Inc. does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, or operation of YouTube or YouTube content.

4. Accuracy of Tools and Analysis

VideoPlayer.io provides tools intended to assist with video viewing and analysis. We do not guarantee that measurements, timing information, frame information, analysis results, or other outputs provided by the tools will always be complete, accurate, or error-free. You are responsible for determining whether the results are suitable for your intended use.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use VideoPlayer.io to:
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe the copyright, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • Attack, disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with VideoPlayer.io or its infrastructure;
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent security measures or access restrictions; or
  • Use third-party services, including YouTube, in violation of their applicable terms or policies.
We may restrict access to VideoPlayer.io where reasonably necessary to protect the service, our users, third parties, or our infrastructure.

6. Fees and Paid Features

VideoPlayer.io may currently provide some or all features free of charge. We may introduce fees, subscriptions, or other paid features in the future. Any applicable pricing and additional terms will be presented before you purchase or subscribe to a paid feature.

7. Third-Party Services

VideoPlayer.io may rely on or integrate with third-party services, platforms, APIs, libraries, or content. We do not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, compatibility, accuracy, or operation. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of VideoPlayer.io at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, tool, integration, or functionality will remain available permanently.

9. Disclaimer

VideoPlayer.io is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WhyzeLink, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability of VideoPlayer.io or its tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhyzeLink, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, VideoPlayer.io. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from reliance on analysis results, interruptions or errors in the service, loss of data, or the unavailability or operation of third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of VideoPlayer.io is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to VideoPlayer.io, our business practices, or applicable legal requirements. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of VideoPlayer.io after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or VideoPlayer.io.
